Breaking API Change:
- Atlas14Storm.generate_hyetograph() returns pd.DataFrame (was np.ndarray)
- FrequencyStorm.generate_hyetograph() returns pd.DataFrame (was np.ndarray)
- ScsTypeStorm.generate_hyetograph() returns pd.DataFrame (was np.ndarray)
- FrequencyStorm parameter renamed: total_depth → total_depth_inches

DataFrame Structure:
  Columns: ['hour', 'incremental_depth', 'cumulative_depth']
  Example: 24hr storm at 30min = 49 rows × 3 columns

Migration Example:
  OLD: total = hyeto.sum()
  NEW: total = hyeto['cumulative_depth'].iloc[-1]
