# Bible Parser

Bible Parser is a Python library for parsing a Bible reference into a structured format. It is meant to disambiguate dictated references that may have been erroneously transcribed by Siri and other voice recognition software (e.g., "John 316" vs. "John 3:16").

## Installation
Create/activate a virtual environment and install the package in editable mode:
```bash
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -e .
```

## Running Tests
Run all tests:
```bash
python -m unittest discover tests
```

## Building and Distributing
To build the package:
```bash
python -m build
```

To upload to PyPI:
```bash
twine upload dist/*
```
