NEXTorch is an open-source software package in Python/PyTorch to faciliate
experimental design using Bayesian Optimization (BO).

NEXTorch stands for Next EXperiment toolkit in PyTorch/BoTorch.
It is also a library for learning the theory and implementation of Bayesian Optimization.
