# MoleView: A Fast and lightweight plug-in for 3D molecular visualization

Molecule + Viewer = MoleView <br/>

## Installation

```sh
pip install moleview
```

or get the latest update

```sh
pip install git+https://github.com/moleview/moleview.git
```

**Requirements**
- Python 3
- NumPy
- SciPy
- Matplotlib
- Plotly

## Usage

```sh
moleview benzene.xyz
moleview benzene.xyz --plotly
```

## Development

What you can help improve MoleView :)

- Is it possible to display the animation of a trajectory containing a number of structures? 
- Is it possible to increase MoleView's performance with GPU? 
- It would be great if MoleView can provide analysis functions, such as molecular orbitals, density, ...
