# scStateDynamics

## Introduction
`scStateDynamics` is a computational method to thoroughly decipher the tumor cell state dynamics in response to drug treatment by modeling single-cell level expression changes.

## Installation

The `scStateDynamics` python package can be installed directly via pip:

pip install scStateDynamics
```
