Library ecu.test code for ecu.test / Visual Studio Code Extension for ecu.test code

This Python library (“ecu.test code for ecu.test”) and this Visual Code Extension (“Visual Studio Code Extension for ecu.test code”) (collectively, the “Product”) are tracetronic standard libraries that have been developed outside of the ecu.test program code and are not part of the tracetronic software ecu.test or the ecu.test license.

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual und geographically unrestricted license to use the Product (“License”). The License is granted free of charge.

The Product is a beta version. Productive use is not recommended and is at your own risk. tracetronic is not obligated to correct errors or extend functionality (e.g., in the sense of bug fixes, updates, upgrades).

The License includes the right to view and edit the source code of the Python Library as disclosed to the user.

No other rights to the Product’s source code are granted. In particular, it is not permitted to reverse engineer the object code of the Product back into source code, to decompile it, to otherwise unlock, view, or edit it, unless this is expressly permitted under applicable law (e.g. under Section 69 of the German Copyright Act).

The Product may contain third-party software components, including open source software, freeware, and/or proprietary third-party software (collectively, “Third-Party Components”), whose license terms apply. A list of Third-Party Components and licenses is provided and/or available at www.tracetronic.com/products/3rdpartycomponents/7haf.

This license text, copyright notices, serial numbers, and logos may not be removed/modified.

Sublicensing, assigning or otherwise making providing the License to third parties as well as public distribution, public reproduction, and public access are prohibited.

License is granted under German law. International private law and UN sales law shall not apply.
