The demo server at openconstructionerp.com/demo is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or backup. Do not store production or sensitive data on the demo server.
When you self-host OpenConstructionERP, you are responsible for:
AI-powered features (cost estimation, document analysis) require third-party API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You are responsible for the costs and terms of those services. AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate — always verify with professional judgment.
DDC Community Converters are provided under separate licensing. They convert CAD/BIM files (RVT, IFC, DWG, DGN) to extract element data. Converter binaries are downloaded from GitHub and run locally on your server.
OpenConstructionERP is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to: incorrect cost estimates, data loss, or construction defects.
