Troubleshooting Guide
Cannot Log In
- Verify you are using the correct email address (check for typos).
- Reset your password using the Forgot password? link.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- If your account was deactivated due to failed payments, update your payment method first.
Pages Load Slowly
- Check your internet connection and try a different network.
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere (ad blockers, VPNs).
- Visit our status page to check for ongoing incidents.
Data Export Fails
- Exports larger than 1 GB are split into multiple ZIP files. Check your downloads folder.
- Ensure you have sufficient disk space on your device.
- Try using a different browser; some browsers block large downloads by default.
Email Notifications Not Arriving
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Add
notifications@example.com to your contacts or safe-sender list.
- Verify your notification preferences under Settings → Notifications.
